Welcome to Turbo Logistics (“we,” “our,” “us,”). These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of our website, services, and all transactions with Turbo Logistics, a logistics and supply chain management provider based in the United States. By using our services or accessing our website, you (“Customer,” “you,” “your,”) agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

Turbo Logistics offers a range of logistics services, including but not limited to:
1 – Freight management (Full Truckload and Less-than-Truckload)
2 – Warehousing and distribution
3 – Supply chain optimization
4 – Last-mile delivery
5 – Customs brokerage and import/export services
6 – Transportation management solutions
The details of the services you select will be provided in a separate contract or order confirmation.
2. Agreement Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all logistics and transportation services provided by Turbo Logistics unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The terms outlined here apply to all contracts, orders, and transactions between you and Turbo Logistics, and supersede any prior agreements or representations.
3. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer of Turbo Logistics, you agree to the following:
Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for the services we provide, including addresses, contact details, and shipment contents. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional fees.
Payment Obligations: You agree to pay all fees associated with our services in a timely manner. Fees may include transportation costs, fuel surcharges, customs duties, storage fees, and other applicable charges. Payments must be made according to the terms outlined in your invoice or contract.
Shipping and Handling: You are responsible for ensuring that the goods you are shipping are properly packaged, labeled, and comply with all applicable regulations. Turbo Logistics is not liable for damage, loss, or delay resulting from improper packaging, labeling, or non-compliance with shipping laws.
Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations in the United States related to transportation, customs, and international shipments.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
Fees and Charges: All fees and charges for our services will be as outlined in your order confirmation, service agreement, or as otherwise communicated by Turbo Logistics. Prices are subject to change based on factors such as fuel costs, weight, shipment size, or route changes.
Payment Terms: Payment for services is due as specified in the invoice or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made within [insert number of days, e.g., 30days] of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges or penalties.
Currency: All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars (USD), unless otherwise agreed.
5. Shipping Terms
Delivery Timeframes: While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, Turbo Logistics does not guarantee specific delivery dates or times. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including weather, road conditions, customs delays, or third-party carrier issues.
Liability for Loss or Damage: Turbo Logistics will exercise reasonable care in the handling and transportation of your goods. However, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to goods during transit unless the loss or damage is due to our negligence or breach of contract. Claims for loss or damage must be filed within a reasonable time frame from delivery.
Force Majeure: Turbo Logistics shall not be held liable for any delays, failures, or interruptions in the provision of services due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Turbo Logistics , its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to:
1 – Breach of these Terms and Conditions
2 – Violation of applicable laws
3 – Misrepresentation of goods, shipment contents, or shipping instructions
4 – Damages or loss to goods due to improper packaging or handling
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turbo Logistics’ liability for any claim arising from the provision of services shall be limited to the lesser of the following:
1 – The actual value of the goods lost or damaged, as determined by the parties, or
2 – The amount paid by you for the specific services related to the claim.
Turbo Logistics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any confidential or proprietary information exchanged during the term of this Agreement confidential. This includes customer data, business processes, pricing information, and any other information not generally available to the public.
9. Termination
Termination by Customer: You may terminate your agreement with Turbo Logistics at any time by providing written notice. However, termination will not affect any obligations that have already been incurred, including payment for services rendered.
Termination by Turbo Logistics: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend our services if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions or fail to make timely payments. We will provide written notice of any such termination.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [State Name], United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in [City, State], and not through court proceedings, except for claims for injunctive relief.
